10 life hack tricks to help the ladies to get out of the door on time in the morning / minimize the fuzz / get through the day with ease:

 

1. When hair is still wet but is rushing to get out of the door, bend down, flip hair over and strong blow dry just area closest to the scalp. Blow dry until hair is 80% dry, use hair brush to gently brush through hair, and use paper towel to quickly absorb the moist from the bottom part of the hair. This will get hair dry enough to go out the door without looking undone.

2. If there is no time to wash hair, dry shampoo is a good idea. Spray the mixture into hair and work accordingly to the instruction provided on the can ( as each brand might have different ways to work the dry shampoo). Use brush to gently brush through hair, then tie hair up into a ponytail to look more refresh.

3. Makeup in the morning: 20 minutes version

Sunscreen SPF 15 or higher, liquid foundation applied using a foundation brush ( just like drawing), under eye concealer, clip eye lashes and apply mascara, all over face setting powder, a sheer coat of a subtle shimmering nude color eye shadow, blush, lip color.

4. Makeup in a rush: 10 minutes version

– sunscreen SPF 15 or higher, under eye concealer, apply concealer at the corner of the mouth ( where the skin color usually appears darker ), clip eye lashes and apply mascara, all over face setting powder, lip color.

5. Makeup in a flash: 2 minutes version

– sunscreen SPF 15 or higher, under eye concealer, lip color. Bring the rest and finish the makeup later.

6. A brown eye liner will soften the look of the makeup and because it is not as obvious as black liner, the line drawn can be more forgiving ( ie, not as obvious if the lines are not perfect mirror image)

7. Apply Vaseline to the lips the night before and wake up with soft luscious lips.

8. Flash breakfast: try to aim for drinking 3 glasses of water after waking up, one toast, half a banana. Drinking water in the morning helps refresh the body, flush out toxins, helps maintain good cell renewal and generation. Carbohydrate consumed before noon become the body’s much needed glucose to get through the morning rush. Banana is a great source of potassium, dietary fiber, manganese, vitamin B6 and C.

9. Drinking a blend of fruit juice or any juice smoothie before going out for a dinner date reduces the feeling of hunger, thus reduce the chance of over ordering food due to hunger impulse, or the chance of ordering heavier more filling food that are more greasy in general.

10. Look into the mirror and smile. The benefits of seeing a smile includes:

– release endorphin, which is the chemical that makes a person happy, thus lower stress and anxiety, and more .
